Entrepreneurs and artists must get creative to make money while building their careers and businesses. This free one hour workshop shines a spotlight on the power of side hustles to keep you afloat! We'll provide specific resources depending on your skills and interests and you'll have a chance to swap your own resources with other folks in the pursuit! The workshop will be led by Class Act or Hack's Founder and CEO, Caralie Chrisco and feature a panel of freelancers in various fields!
Panelists:
Gloria Cospito is a freelance wardrobe stylist. She has styled for television, film, commercial, print, and digital shoots in addition to styling personal clients. Recently, she started the blog The Paillette to bring her style expertise to an audience beyond her clients and to spotlight other creatives.
George Simon is a genderqueer theatre producer and administrator from New York's Hudson Valley and founder of Black Coffee Productions.
Nicola Rose is a filmmaker, performer, writer and translator. A diehard believer in creating one’s own work, she has written and produced her own musical, webseries, and bilingual short film. She also works as a translator of French (for Disney, among others) and a puppeteer around New York City.
Charlene Lite is a yoga teacher, singer/songwriter and spiritual life coach on a mission to inspire, motivate and challenge you to love your life and love your self!
Brenden Rogers has worked in NYC Arts Admin for close to 10 years at companies such as Broadway.com and Lincoln Center Theater, while also freelancing with several Off-Broadway theater companies and festivals, and occasionally even slung a drink or two as a Broadway bartender.
