I generally wouldn't recommend. You'll get short-changed on the production end, overshadowed by pet projects of the festival, and forced to run an obstacle course of poor communication and disorganization before you even open. Even if you've never produced before and you just want to get your work up on stage, there are better festivals that give more to their participants. Find one of those.
